These terms govern registration and participation as a member of STAR ENTERPRISES ("the Company"). By registering you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and resident in India. One person may hold more than one Member ID linked to the same mobile number; each ID is treated as a separate account.
2. No entry fee for registration
Registration itself is free. Activation is linked to the purchase of a product package. Members are never required to buy inventory beyond their own genuine needs.
3. Earnings
Commissions are paid only on Business Volume (BV) generated by verified product sales. The Company does not guarantee any income. Past earnings of any member are not an indication of future earnings.
4. Bonus Points
Bonus Points are a promotional reward unit, not money and not a deposit. Their accrual, redemption and any conversion are governed by rules published by the Company and may be modified or withdrawn as required by law.
5. Cancellations and returns
Product returns and refunds follow the Refund Policy. When a qualifying purchase is refunded, the related BV and commissions are reversed.
6. Member conduct
Members must not make false income claims, misrepresent products, or pressure anyone to join. Breach may lead to suspension.
7. Data and accounts
Keep your password and transaction PIN confidential. Profile and bank changes are logged.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, including applicable consumer protection and direct-selling rules.
