Returns
- Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Manufacturing defects are handled under the brand's warranty; we assist with the claim.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or to your Entry Wallet within 7–10 working days.
- When a purchase is refunded, any BV and commissions generated by it are reversed in the ledger.
Membership package
Activation packages are product purchases and follow the same return rules.
